The Salt Cellar Executive reluctantly made the decision to close at a meeting in December and this was approved at the January Circuit Meeting.

Alys Whittle
It was with great sadness that we reported last week that Alys died on Christmas Day. Her family said it would have meant so much to her to go to be with her Lord on his earthly birthday.

Alys’ funeral will take place at S Chadderton Methodist Church at 10am on Wednesday 9th February, followed at 11am at Hollinwood Crematorium.

Please continue to keep her daughter Kath and son John and their families in your prayers.
