Message of thanks to all at S Chad who have helped with food distribution from Liz Windsor-Welsh
Chief Executive
Action Together

I am writing to convey my most sincere thanks for the work that you and your group or organisation has been doing to support the people of Oldham during the Coronavirus crisis.  It is such a worrying and critical time for so many and the work and volunteering that you and your team have been doing has made a huge difference to people in Oldham.

There has been an unbelievable response from the 1200 voluntary, community and social enterprises in the borough and lots of good neighbour and mutual aid groups setting up and working tirelessly to help those that need it.

We know that things will be different now for our communities and for the way we work and volunteer alongside them, but we know that the new relationships, overwhelming kindness and generosity will last well beyond the Coronavirus crisis.

I wanted you to know that the Action Together Oldham Team are here to help you in any way they can please donít hesitate to call us on
0161 339 2345.

Finally, but most importantly I wanted to thank you again for your amazing contribution and we look forward to continuing working with you in the borough over the years to come.

Yours sincerely,

Liz Windsor-Welsh,  Chief Executive

The concept is that every hour is covered with people filling one or more slots. The hope is that the whole period between Ascension and Pentecost will be filled with people across
Greater Manchester joining together in prayer.
