Weekly Prayer Diary

Brexit looms so we as Christians need to put aside our political differences 
and unite in prayer
that Britain can work out its relationship with the EU 
before the deadline for the exit  - 11pm on 29 March 2019

Therefore this week please BOLDLY pray:

Monday 17th December
Gracious, loving God we give thanks today for all of the blessings we have in the knowledge of 
your presence and your peace, we give thanks for our nation and the freedom that we enjoy

18th December
for the wider negotiations with the EU..... that a mutually beneficial structure will be agreed 
that will enable crucial trading and cooperative relationships.

for Theresa May and her team as they negotiate the political future of our nation: 
Father, give them your
wisdom and vision.

that as a nation we would be able to move forward together 
after the divisions that the referendum has exposed. 
May the
Christian community provide support to the oppressed and the needy,

Friday 21st December
 Brexit will bring a period with a degree of disruption and re-alignment 
not only throughout Britain but throughout Europe as a whole.

for all those involved with Christmas Cracker at S Chad 3 - 5.30pm today and
 S Chad Carol Service on Sunday at 6:30pm
Pray that people will respond to the leaflets circulated in the local community and come along
